How to manually modify the content of the K menu in KDE?

That's it. Any config files? I couldn't find it anywhere.

Just right-click on the "K", there is an option to edit the menu

But I was looking for a file to edit, manually I mean. Maybe the post wasn't clear enough, sorry, but thank you anyway. Any ideas?
