how to man std, man iostream?


hi,

i am trying to see some manpages of standard template library, such as iostream, deque, map.

i get the following output:

[ty263@localhost ~]$ man std:map
No manual entry for std:map

[ty263@localhost ~]$ man std
No manual entry for std

thanks a lot !!

It means those manpages don't exist. To try and look for something similar, try
Code:
man -k iostream
for example. There could be info pages too,
Code:
info --apropos=iostream
but I doubt. Where did you get the idea they had their own manpages?
