Take a look at WINE or Cedega. Not all Windows games/apps will run in Linux even with WINE/Cedega. You could try looking for a Linux game that is similiar.

Wine is the program that could help you. Although, for games especially... I don't know, I haven't tried to run games, but I've read it's not very likely to do it, and it's logical not to be able - after all, linux is a whole another OS. You can't expect that it should run Windows programs.

Search for "Wine" on google.

Wine is a nice Windows Simulator for Linux.

But is it supposed to be a games cafe?

You can try installing "wine" and running your game that way. This probably won't work, but it might. You could buy a copy of Windows, buy a copy of VMware, run Linux->VMware->Windows and probably do it that way. That will cost some money (a lot of money???) and will come with a performance penalty. I haven't worked with VMware personally, but I understand it's quite powerful ... and quite expensive. If I absoultely had to run some Windows game, I'd just setup a dual-boot to Windows.
