How to make phantomjs wait for page to load

Hi guys. New to phantomjs, only because it started making blank PDFs of the webpage we're pointing it at. We have a cron job of "phantomjs rasterize.js http://website.com filename.pdf" and if i change the extension to .png it makes a png ok.

Reading online, supposedly this solves issues like that, but I'm clueless on how to actually implement it to test. Anyone have any experience with phantomjs that could offer a tip?
