How to make Mozilla Firefox my default file browser?


How can I tell Mandrake 9.2. in KDE 3.1. that Mozilla Firefox is default file and www browser, not that Konqueror?

You run the KDE Control Panel. I'm using fluxbox right now, so I can't remember exactly which menu to look in, but there is one for file associations. You can actually associate more than one program for a type of file.

If you haven't already, you may want to look at this thread that covers issues you may run into with any Mozilla browser and opening new windows, tabs, instances, etc.
