how to make mod_expire to work in lighttpd ?

Hi everyone,
my lighttpd.conf starts like this,

so when i start from scratch,
1. open the webpage,
2. login,
3. after 2 hours,
close that page, reopen again in IE,
guess what, it didn't ask for password ?

what did i miss pls ?

server.modules = (
"mod_expire",
"mod_auth",
"mod_access",
"mod_alias",
"mod_accesslog",
"mod_compress",
# "mod_rewrite",
# "mod_redirect",
# "mod_evhost",
# "mod_usertrack",
# "mod_rrdtool",
# "mod_webdav",
# "mod_expire",
# "mod_flv_streaming",
# "mod_evasive"
)

expire.url = ( "" => "access plus 1 hours")
