Tool that lets you make a distributable copy you can share with friends from an existing Debian/Ubuntu installation.
http://www.remastersys.com/index.html

A graphical installer made to work with Debian Live CDs (works with images made using remastersys, may/may not work with Debian Live images made with other tools)
BOSS Live Installer
Debian Live image installation using BOSS Live Installer.

Thanks austinium

I tried it with remastersys-dist. It created a iso image. I burned it to DVD. It is live DVD. Actually I want to Format another server using this image DVD. and install the same setup of the first server. Please help me to create a DVD from the hard disk image so i can install the same setup at different places.

Boot the LiveCD, i am assuming you have GNOME. Click System>Administration here you should be able to see Remastersys Installer listed on the menu. Clicking it will launch remastersys's own installer.
You could also try BOSS Live Installer, it will require the installation of some extra dependencies but the installer would a little more polished.
