how to make initrd.img for your kernel without boot disk?
How do i make a initrd.img for my kernel without a bootdisk? I use debian and grub to boot...
btw i have read the man i read "man mkinitrd" and "mkinitrd --help" with a couple other online tutorals but i had a hard time understanding them as a newb at linux.
Heres the kernel i built in the "/boot/grub/menu.lst" dir.
