How to make backups of copy protected CD's.

I want to burn backups of some games that have copy protection on them. Is there are program for linux like alchohol 120? I want to be able to play these games under Cedega as well so I am also curious about emulating the copy protection from a mounted iso image.

if i'm not mistaken, all the linux cd burning apps will do raw copying of cds if your burner supports raw burning (direct 1 to 1 copy of cds) ala clone cd (don't use alcohol 120 but clone cd will burn exact digital copy of cds).
