How to install xorg-x11-devel???

I am running suse 9.1...i need to install the xorg-x11-devel as it is needed to install xineplayer. I have downloaded the source rpm and it left the source in the /usr/src/packages/SOURCES

i un-zipped it and it has a folder called xc with various folders in it.....i have manged to install rpms and tar sources before but a little confused how to install all this could someone advise please?

You should not install source files
You will spend a long time on writing host.def..... make world.......
I suggest that you download a binary rpm and just install it

Install the binaries using the software module in YAST.
