Unhappy How to compile Perl statically????

I want to use Perl in a version of embedded Linux. It uses Busybox.

I statically complied Perl using the following commands:
#./Configure -Dprefix=/tmp/test/usr -Uusedl
#make

Copy the Perl excutable to my temp work dir, then mkisofs. After it booted successfully,I typed

#cd /usr/bin
#ls|grep "perl"
find2perl
perl

#perl
/bin/sherl:not found
#/usr/bin/perl
/bin/sh:/usr/bin/perl:not found

So, anybody knows what happened?? What can I do?? Thanks.
