are you sure it works on linux?? what does the CD's contents look like?? is there an INSTALL or README file on it?? what about about the website?? have you checked for documentation there??

i did a quick google and at first glance it would seem to me that there's a file called "install" on the CD which you simply need to execute... can you confirm this??

on a side note, you have posted the same question several times all over this website...

next time please pick ONE thread and stick with it... not only because it's something which we basically require, but also because i guarantee you'll get better help that way...

yeah, I know. my bad. people were talking about similar stuff and I thought
it would be easier....

anyway. It is a unix version and it has an install fille... I click on it but it doesn't run. I used console to point at it, and it says that I have no permeation... and when I do that I am root...

what's wrong?

could you please post the output of doing an "ls -l" on the CD?? also, please copy/paste the exact commands you try and the errors you get if possible... it really does make a big difference in determining what could be wrong... i suspect it could be an selinux issue but without the exact error there's no way to tell...

I'm sorry but, I am closing this thread because you have so many posts that deal with the same thing. The discussion continues here.
