How to install keyboard switching plugin in XFCE

I am using Linux Slackware 14.0 with XFCE and can't switch keyboard layouts. This page keyboard_layout_in_xfce says, that I need to install xfce4-xkb-plugin from SlackBuilds, but when I open Source Downloads link, it says "Unknown Domain".

I wanted at least to be be to switch the layouts with keyboard, but in Settings -> Keyboard, there is no way to set the shortcuts for switching the layouts.

How can I setup layouts switching in XFCE? Better, if I could set set up an indicator of the current layout on the panel, but it's not obligatory.

The source download works for me. But anyways, you can download additional XFCE plugins, including xfce4-xkb-plugin, from Robby Workman's repository: http://rlworkman.net/pkgs/
