[SOLVED] How to install Kcontrol in ubuntu?

I'd like to customise the kde theme, for one app uses kde. I found that Kcontrol would allow doing this, however those recommendations seem outdated as they don't specify how to install it.

Code:

Package kcontrol is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  kdebase-workspace-bin kdebase-runtime kdelibs4c2a

Which one of kdebase-workspace-bin kdebase-runtime kdelibs4c2a should I install?

systemsettings replaced kcontrol around the release of kde4.

At one time, there was some work being done to either restore all of the functionality of kcontrol to systemsettings or to port kcontrol to kde4.

Thanks, although it crashed on the first run, it allowed me to change the theme. Why did the discussion stop then?

I think it changed the fonts in firefox. How do I restore them? Firefox settings didn't change. Should I uninstall systemsettings?
