how to install jre-6u11-linux-i586-rpm.bin


i am a new user to linux... i want to install jre-6u11-linux-i586-rpm.bin.. please help me... how to instal this s/w in linux os/// and also how to work on this s/w with linux os

just run it. first make it executable if it's not already - "chmod +x jre.blah.bin" then run it "./jre.blah.bin". And as it's a JRE, you don't "work" on it, it is just invoked by browsers as necessary etc.
