Exclamation How to install a deleted boot loader

I was using windows xp and Red Hat 9 in dual mode.but my windows installation was corrupted.and i again install windows xp,by this my boot loader was deleted and i have no option to choose the operating system.plz help me how i will get back my boot loader back.i don't want to destory my linux data.plz help me quickly i have to submit my linux projet to my college.

To reinstall the bootloader:
Boot the 1st install CD and select rescue mode
Enter the following commands
chroot /mnt/sysimage

BTW the answer has been posted numerous times. Did you search the website first?
