How to get Waimea working with KDE?!

I am sorry, this might seems to be a stupid question. I hope someone will be kind enough to help me out please.
I am using RedHat 8.0 with KDE 3.0.3
I have followed the instruction and installed Waimea 0.4.0.
Can someone please tell me how should I run it?
I typed 'waimean' in the run command panel but nothing happened after I click 'Run'

Someone please enlighten me pls!!!!!!! Thanks.

As far as I know, you can't run two window managers at once. What I do is modify my ~/.xinitrc to change what loads upo when I type startx from the commandline - like

exec waimea
and comment out anything like kde.

To get waimea in the drop down box in the graphical login so that you can choose it rather than kde, you need to edit kdmrc. You'll see how to do it in the file though I forget the details right now.

There are other files and ways to do it, I think, but that works for me.

- Actually, I was mixing stuff - kde doesn't even appear in xinitrc - it's just that you have to comment out twm or whatever's in there - that's just for runlevel 3, anyway. But that's where I run. Anyway - xinitrc and kdmrc are the files, for 3 and 5.

Oh. Sorry I couldn't help - I have no idea how to do that, because I don't even understand what it was. *g* Hopefully somebody knows. Have you poked around the Waimea site? I downloaded and installed it, but somehow never got around to thoroughly configuring it - I just keep using blackbox. Maybe there's a mailing list or something?

(I gotta get DSL. That was a *bleeping* HUGE pic.)
