How to enter Frequencies in MythTV

I've been trying to install MythTv and having a lot of fun. (Yes i'm a masochist)

I was just wondering how to enter the frequency data in
mythfilldatabase --manual

Because there are three ways to do this:
- in Mhz/GHz
- in what I call Cable codes (the American way) e.g. E2, S10, etc.
- or what I call Antenna numbers running from 1 to 150 or so.

According to the readme it should be the same as xawtv, which I've never heard of.

I only have a list of Antenna numbers. I've entered them and they just don't work (well). Which is the right one and if so, how do I convert them?
