how to embedded all fonts to pdf?

Hello everyone.
I have a question about latex.
I am using template from IEEE("bare_conf.tex") to authorize my paper.
I use the following command to generate pdf:
pdflatex bare_conf.tex

But I found that all the fonts in the bare_conf.pdf are not embedded.

I am using debian sarge system. How can I solve the font embeding problem?
