img? you mean iso? well you could create your own one, but you can't edit an existing one... but what makes you think it is defective? and why can't you just download the rpm and install it irrelevant of the iso image.
cos everytime i chose to install the package named kernel-source the installtion hangs and stop responging and when doing the cd check for cd2 it failes
and i have tied to istall everypackage on cd 2 and they all wroked except kenrel-source
