How to DVD video
 
I was wondering how to make a DVD video?

Because I have the mpeg file, now how do I make it into the .vob and .ifo files that DVD players need.

As far as I know you can't without special software most likely. You can however use mencoder to create vcd files which most standard DVD players can play. Most now can even play your mpeg file.
