How to download the latest OOo and Seamonkey
 

Some of you have sent me locations where I can find the two programs and I was not able to download them nor could I think of a good reason as to why, mostly because I have been distract as of Late with my MOm's dying in December and my getting a dog. So, I will now state what I have for a computer, it is a 64 bit computer w/2 hard drives, one of which has SuSe 10.1 and the other has Ubuntu but in German. First question is how to remove the Ubuntu so I can then use both drives for SuSe? I have then to learn which place to go to get and download the latest rpms of both the above programs, and I think if I am successful in downloading them I can install them. Last but not least, is there anyway I can get a voice dictation program for Linux? I tried to search for one, but found IBM had sold opensource down the river and betrayed us all!! I am willing to pay for a usuable voice dictation program for two reasons: One, to get away from MSFT and two, because of my arthritis in my hands!!!

Fire up YaST, it should allow you to configure your disks.

Fire up YaST and go to Software Management, then search.

Not sure on this one, but I'd search YaST Software Management again :)

If you search and can't find *anything* with YaST, make sure you have repos enabled: http://en.opensuse.org/Package_Repositories

Change from 10.1 to Redhat 8
 

I have changed versions of Linux to Redhat 8, but as of yet still have no idea of where to find any voice dictation program, since IBM abandoned the one project and it is no longer available!
