How to create virtual directory with JBOSS in LINUX?

Hi,
I have configured the jboss-service.xml (META_INF and conf) and server.xml files, for to create virtual directory in my pc (localhost).
But, now I need to configure this files, for to create virtual directory in Linux server.
I replaced "C:\tmp" by "/usr/java/jboss/jboss-4.0.1sp1/server/all/deploy/tmp.war" and it does not work.

How I can do this?.

Thank you very much.

Tania.
