How to convert a '*.src.rpm' file to a '*.noarch.rpm'?

Hi,

I've downloaded the file 'jbossas-standalone-7.1.3-4.Final_redhat_4.ep6.el5.src.rpm'. I wonder how can I convert this to 'jbossas-standalone-7.1.3-4.Final_redhat_4.ep6.el5.noarch.rpm'?
