Question How to configure rpm build, to copy libraries to specific path

Dear Friends,

When rpm is installed, would require to have shared libraries copied to specified path.

Where could i specify during build process of rpm? saw config.m4

example: When we build the rpm(php-xmlrpc-5.5.3-1.x86_64.rpm)
where can i configure the options ? so that it displays as /usr/lib64/php553/ in below output

[root@licencehost x86_64]# rpm -qsp php-xmlrpc-5.5.3-1.x86_64.rpm
normal /usr/etc/php-zts.d/xmlrpc.ini
normal /usr/etc/php.d/xmlrpc.ini
normal /usr/lib/php-zts/modules/xmlrpc.so
normal /usr/lib/php/modules/xmlrpc.so

Thanks

narrowed to requirement: by changing the "--extension-dir" would have the libraries copied into the specified path,

How to modify php-config options("--extension-dir")to have default /usr/lib64/php553/test/modules.
in spec file dont see --extension-dir option.

[root@serverbr1vpx modules]# php-config
Usage: /usr/bin/php-config [OPTION]
Options:
* * *
--prefix [/usr]
--extension-dir [/usr/lib64/php5/modules]
* * *
