how to configure audio support in Konqueror?

I love the AudioCD browsing feature in Konqueror. I use OGG on my Palm, and I'm wondering how to configure the ripping options. By default, Konqueror rips to 112Kbps OGG--which is good. But I'd rather have 64Kbps, just for the smaller file size.

Any idea where I'd set this up?
