how to compare 2 pages of code


Hello i have 2 python programmes with quite a lot of code,The programmes are the same except one of them is slightly different.how can i compare the 2 so i can see where the difference is i am sure i have read some where this is possible,can some one point me in the right direction please.

Take a look at the diff and sdiff commands. KDE has an app called kdiff which you can use to compare files graphically.
