how to change the nvidia logo splash screen

How do I change the nvidia logo start up screen to a picture of my choosing?

Find your XF86Config or xorg.conf file and locate a section that looks like this:
Code:

Section "Device"
        Identifier  "Videocard0"
        Driver      "nvidia"
        VendorName  "Videocard vendor"
BoardName  "NVIDIA GeForce 2 MX (generic)"
EndSection

Now add the following line before 'EndSection":
Code:

Option "NoLogo" "1"
That will disable the nVidia boot screen

Thanks, but how do I change it? Instead of it showing the nvidia logo I want to put a pic of something else, how do I do that?

Not sure if that's possible. I have however seen several pages about making a bootsplash for your box.
e.g.

http://ruslug.rutgers.edu/~mcgrof/grub-images/

Check google for more
