Question How to change GVIM Menu font??


hi
I have a problem with my gvim menu font.
I am getting word having square boxes between every 2 characters of that word ...
ex:
instead of "file", f(square)i(square)l(square)e(square)
It is very confusing to read it.
can any one solve my problem....
