How to build btanks? (fedora 9)

Checking for zlibVersion() in C library z... yes
Checking for SDL_Init(0) in C++ library SDL... yes
Checking for SMPEG_new_data(malloc(42), 42, NULL, 0) in C++ library smpeg... no


fedora9 has no smpeg packages. How to solve the problem?

Setup the Livna 3rd Party Repository:
http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mj...ra-f9.html#yum

And install via:
yum install smpeg smpeg-devel
