How to boot Windows from the grub> prompt?

I still need windows for gaming and MS Visual Studio, So could someone please explain to this new Grub convert (I used to use Lilo) how to boot Windows from the grub> prompt? Assume windows is on hd(1,0)

Please always always search google before asking questions here, or anywhere for that matter.
