xterm -bg black -fg white

xterm -bg black -fg blue

xterm -bg black -fg red

xterm -bg black -fg green

look around in your home directory, there should be a directory named .icewm inside you will find some files, one of them is the configuration for your menu and another for your panel, you can edit them if you want, be carefull and copy a backup of it just in case things to wrong
