how enable modules or drivers for a particular user


Is there a way we can enable modules or drivers for a particular user or group in Fedora 9

What type are you looking for,if you want video, install the VLC player it's got everything installed

it's corporate network.So cannot install players.I have created a user for which audio drivers are not working.
