How do you list azure containers with python?

Not sure if this is even the right kind of question to ask in here or is any members even use azure, but here goes...

I'm trying to get a list of my containers via the python API call to

Code:
blob_service.list_containers(include='metadata')
and while it seems to return the right number of objects, I have no idea how to iterate through them to get the container's name.

Can someone help?
