how do you get xmms2 to read a daap server ?

I am trying to play music from my daap server (mt-daap / firefly) on another debian machine running xmms2 and audacious.

I've got the xmms2-plugin-daap package installed, but when i try this command:

xmms2 browse daap://isengard:3689

it lists all files with numbers instead of names.

in audacious, i just don't see anything at all - no songs even.

I have firefly running and browsing http://isengard:3689 in firefox shows the server config web interface saying that's running fine, and my girlfriend's mac with itunes can see the normal song titles etc.

is there anybody here in the know about xmms2? seems like quite a powerful program, but I can't get any further with it.

Thanks!
