How Do I Transfer Files From Ubuntu (Host) and XP (Guest) ??

I successfully installed XP as guest in Ubuntu 7.10 (host) using Virtualbox. I want to transfer files from ubuntu to xp. What should i do? Thanks.

use a standard network protocol like samba, just as if it were another machine on a network.
