How do I switch from filtering to using no filter (dansguardian)?

I am setting up a server and I am using dansguardian to filter. For my OS I chose slackware distribution 12.1. I have installed apache as my webserver and squid as my proxy. I have everything running and working. I am stuck on how to switch from using a filter (dansguardian) to using no filter. I am stuck, I have a LAN with client computers running windows xp and need to figure out how to turn the filter off in windows xp, if I need to. I have made my filter groups and assigned them to dansguardianf1.conf, f2,f3,f4, etc. Can anyone help me? Or hint me somewhere that can help!

You can enable/disable proxy settings with a central group policy in Active Directory.
Or, using the group policy on each machine.
Hopefully, not a lot of machines if using the second one.
