Smile How do I set KDE desktop user restrictions globally?

KDE 3.5.9

I've found that if I set the following in $HOME/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals it restricts the user as I require, however how do I make these settings default for when I create new users? There doesn't seem to be a global kdeglobals file that gets given to new user accounts.

[KDE Action Restrictions]
lock_screen=false
shell_access=false
switch_user=false

BTW, please note that for every config file in a user's home folder, there is the possibility of a global one, usually in /etc

There you can set the global restrictions.

Example

/etc/bashrc and ~/.bashrc
