Lightbulb How do I make a custom distro with internet at about 5mb?

Hi, Im new here, and Im just wondering and really need to know the following question, because I need this custom disto and because I plan to make my own company with it: How do I make a custom make distribution or complete os not unix linux or minix or skyos or other os at about 5mb with internet access support?

more specific:

what do I need/and how do I make an internet distro at about 5mb or less.

and where can I find distros from smallest to biggest except

main question subject: how do I make floppy and hard drive 1-50mb linux/unix/minix/os/environment/dos with internet support and different types of distros: desktop, server, laptop, etc.
