you need to have superkaramba installed.I dont know which distribution you are using but whichever one it might be...you will find superkarambe packages for it.
once you have installed superkaramba...you can download the file given in the link.untar it and then open up superkaramba...then click on open theme(i think) and open the .theme file in the just untarred directory.
May i suggest that u consider using gkrellm over superkaramba.

i download it.. n it i double click it...... it asked me.. 4 root pw. n i guess it installed.. now... how do i check it.. n sutff...?

well....type superkaramba on a command prompt now.It should open up a window.Go from there.
if it spits out an error....update your db(updatedb) and then do:
locate karamba | grep bin
this will let you know where the superkaramba binary is located.You can then go from there.
