How do I install Sublime Text 3 editor in PCLinuxOS?

Running up-to-date PCLinuxOS on a Core-2-Duo Dell D620.
How do I install "Sublime Text 3" editor.
These commands don't work:
1) add-apt-repository
2) apt-get install software-properties-common
3) apt-get install python-software-properties
4) sudo
Thanks.

My research (five minutes with a search engine) indicates that PCLinuxOS uses *.rpm packages. *.deb-related commands would consequently not be effective.

If Sublime Text Editor is not in the repositories for PCLinuxOS, you can download sources from the Sublime Text Editor website and compile from sources. You can also get a *.deb there.

There are utilities to convert *.rpms to *.debs, but I have no experience with them.

I use PCLinuxOS myself and cannot find it in the repo, I may need to compile it yourself if it's not in the repo's.

And yes PCLinuxOS does use RPM software packages but also with apt as well (NOT deb packages though).
