Not quite clear what are you asking for, why Eclipse on server ? Eclipse is a gui application, and server has gui ?

You may go to http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/ and download->extract the version that you need.
However, java shall be installed.

The Suse command line installer is 'zypper'.

Search : # zypper se eclipse
Install : # zypper in <package>
