RedHat linux is not available free to download. You can download CentOS instead of RedHat. CentOS is based on RedHat and free. You can Download from http://centos.org/

For dualboot install windows and then install linux.

Google will take you to "Redhat Download" in a sec.
http://www.redhat.com/rhel/details/eval/

Free to download, but not free to use :
No updates, no software packages can be installed, without an account.

I.e. do not use Redhat, if you don't want to pay.
CentOS 5.5 and ScientificLinux SL55 are exact copies of Redhat,
just with no Redhat logo : Both are free to use and updated with the same
security patches as Redhat.

Red Hat Linux is long dead.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is not free.

If you are just a person wanting to try Linux, I suggest you look at Fedora, Mint, and the many other distros.
