Go to the
Download -> Browse All Files page of scibuntu at SourceForge.
Click on the
scibuntu041-beta link.
It takes you to the
Downloading page, and it
should start downloading. (It didn't do it for me either.)
So look for this paragraph and click its link:

When I did it, I large shell script opened in the window instead of downloading. Apparently that's the whole program. You should be able to right click on the link and do
Save Link As.
