How do I change the default language in KDE on FC3?

I am running FC3. I used the English language as the default language. However, I wished to use Ukrain as my new language. Now though I have finished testing this language and I wish to return to Englsih but I do not remember how I did this. Can someone tell me in a step by step manner.

Thank You

See if this works. I don't know what version of KDE FC3 has, but it should probably be similar.

All I did was search Google for "changing default language kde" and it was the third link.
