how do I back up my bookmarks with mozilla

questions is in the subject, how do I do that? Where's the bookmarks located?

save the ~/.mozilla dir (~/it´s your home directory).
Hope you find them
PS: You better erase the cache from the browser if you´re going to save the whole directory.
If you only want to save your bookmarks, dive into .mozilla and look for them (I can´t remember the directory now

)

or iirc, in the manage bookmarks window you can export/import them as well.

I use import/export method to backup, restore and transfer the bookmarks.
