How can Index documentation in KDE?

Hallo:

I use OpenSuse 11.3 with Kde.

I've downloaded some documentation of applications in .pdf and .html.
I've installed it with yast and see it has been extracted to /usr/share/doc/...

Is there any tool for indexing and searching for that documentation?

Tried with khelpcenter, but only indexes KDE documentation.

Any application which can do this?

Thanks

If it is 'installed' then the corresponding application should be able to find it.

else use a gui bibtex tool to generate a hyper-linked pdf/html file

or use a database tool

I've installed kbibtext and don't know how to configure it for indexing the directory.
The database option is a bit complicated.

Isn't there an easier application for indexing and searching?

Thanks

Most people will write custom scripts in the situation.

One size fits all will not work well.

kbibtex ... it is manual.

create a .bib file first

make a hyperlinked pdf or html file using latex.

writing a .tex file including all the files is more complex
