There's, among other chm related things, a link to the chmlib (you need to install this first, xchm needs it).

i install it succesufly, but when i open chm file it is not open .what is the problem?

It's for mandrake, but lower you'll see some files that it might require ;)

Gotta love Debian apt-get install xchm. :)
