When installing Web Expression on Ubuntu 10.04 via Wine, it tells me I must have Microsoft .Net 4. When installing .Net via Wine, I run into an error. When installing via CrossOver, it still runs into an error. I tried several different websites. But can't get past the errors to install. I can install other things with Wine. But what can I do, please help? After installing PlayOnLinux, still couldn't get anywhere.
After installing Mono, I still can't get anywhere. When trying to install via Wine or CrossOver again, it went to say the following things:
Extraction Failed
Unable to find a volume for file extraction.
Please verify that you have proper permissions.

When trying to install, I just get errors that say it can't be install or it simple doesn't say anything & it stops installing & then a Windows-like box appears that says something went wrong & then asks if you want to send the data into their database online so that they can improve it & so that they can find a way to patch the problem, but I don't know what the problems are.
One error message, as I've already said above, says:
Extraction Failed
Unable to find a volume for file extraction.
Please verify that you have proper permissions.
How do you use Mono? Maybe Mono can still help. I've tried Mono already. I installed Mono but am not sure how to use it. Not sure if Mono can help me install Web Expression. When I tried installing Web Expression, again, it didn't know that I had Mono & simply said that I needed Microsoft .NET 4. I can't install .NET. I've tried many times & failed.
Can I get help with Mono or something, so I can install Web Expression?

Reason: grammar
How can I install Microsoft Windows 7 for free? Because I have no money & Microsoft is more expensive & less useful than Apple, contrary to the popular belief that Apple is more expensive because at first they are but in the long run you'll find Apple more reliable than Microsoft, especially since Apple first came out with the mouse before Bill Gates did years ago, they say, & that is just the beginning of the storm of innovation coming from Apple. But I don't have money for Apple either, you know what I'm saying?
Why install Windows 7 when they're full of viruses? Why don't Linux have viruses? Is it because they're better than Windows? Does it have anything to do with their code source & how it is written & how it is always adapting & changing & healing itself through the users themselves in a more integrated & safer environment & way?
Why install Windows when I hate them so much? I mean, of course getting Windows is a solution, but not a long-term solution. It's not even an affordable solution. People are brain-washed into accepting & tolerating & conforming to the ways of Bill Gates. I don't personally or totally hate the guy but I have heard that he owns an Apple laptop & that he even designs software on Apple which is kind of weird, don't you think, that he has to use Apple to work on his own work?
I cannot install Windows at the moment, unless if somebody illegally burns & gets me a copy for free for me to use or borrow or rent or something so I can get my program so I can do my online school-work before the end of this term to avoid flunking & losing financial aid, you know? Wait, I already lost financial aid. Trying to get it back.
Anyways, are there any other options? Help!
