How can I install packages after Linux build?

I installed Fedora Core on 2 machines. For the 1st one, I went with the typical install and the other I said go ahead and install everything (I.E> all packages). Now I'm geting errors running certain apps on the first box as it doesn't have certain libs, etc. Can I simply use the instalation disks on the 1st machine to reinstall everyting? I don't want to rebuild the whole machine and blow away any user data that mey be there, I just want to install all the missing packages.
Thanks guys...

Go look on the cds and install the packages you need. Reinstallation is not needed. You can use 'rpm' to install from command line.
